About Monica Monica, a professional artist, graduated in 1986 after studying Fine Art Painting for four years. She followed this with a diploma in art and design teaching. This led her into a teaching career where she spent the next ten years in full time art teaching. During this time she also continued to paint and do commission work.
She decided to take a career break in 1998 to spend time with her children. It was during this time that she rediscovered the landscape and in particular the views and light of West Cork. Monica continues to exhibit having had three solo exhibitions and many group exhibits in the last five years. She is represented in corporate and private collections.
